Pinks and Warhol

my boyfriend and i pretended to be LA tourists for the day last week- after living in LA for so many years, i just decided to try pinks, the "famous" hot dogs. i'm vegetarian and my boyfriend is vegan, so the hot dog smothered in bacon and chili just wasn't an option (GAG), so we had veggie dogs... and they were probably the worst veggie dogs i've ever tasted. i guess it's a meat-eater only kinda place.

next, we did a little vintage shopping on melrose. i actually took about 4 bags of clothes to wasteland to sell and made some $$$!

while aimlessly driving until something caught our eye, we decided on going to the LACMA. the grounds are so modern and beautiful that it's almost tempting to skip the art inside and stay outdoors rolling around in the blindingly green grass. we did go inside, however, and good thing we did because we nearly ran into chloe sevigny and her boyfriend! she is quite possibly the cutest thing i've ever seen, it was a nice surprise to see such a pretty face.

we ended the day at the grove, admiring the lavish christmas decorations, the skyscraper of a christmas tree, and hot chocolate. perfect day.

(since these photos were taken, i dyed my hair dark again! i think i love it, i'm not sure yet...)
